Title of Position:  Technical Lead – Application Development

Job duties description, including tools:

Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications for Banking & Finance domains. Will work with Java and J2EE, microservices architecture, cloud and containerization technologies. Involves working with global teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving technical excellence in an agile environment. Key responsibilities would be but not limited to, technical leadership capable to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust web-based applications. Define system architecture and ensure high-quality technical solutions for complex business problems. Develop microservices-based systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka for event-driven architectures. Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS and AngularJS. Deploy and manage applications on private (on perm) & public cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, ensuring scalability and security. Manage and mentor medium to large agile teams of developers, with oversight of global teams on delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners, Agile Leads, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Education Requirement:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field of study.

Experience Requirement: 60 months of experience in Information Technology.

Wages: $172,744 per year, 40 hrs. week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Title of Position:  Senior Software Engineer

Job duties description, including tools:

Performing independent technical and functional analysis for determining and developing the best delivery approaches using Java/J2EE technologies based on requirements. Delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable Spring Boot microservices that can handle complex business rules and user interactions. Providing original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts and critical initiatives. Using Object Relational Mapper (ORM) tools such as Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, to query database systems. Development on small to sophisticated initiatives, components, and subsystems. Supporting and performing all phases of testing leading to final implementation, including unit, integration, acceptance testing and production install validation. Deploying Model View Controller (MVC) based web applications using enterprise application servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, etc. Crafting and maintaining clear and concise technical documentation and status. Providing application support, problem diagnosis and resolution, acting as an on-call resource supporting the organization incident escalation models, including code release validation and production installation support.

Education Requirement:  Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field of study.

Experience Requirement: 60 months of experience in Information Technology.
